Acceptance of goods
Everything begins when your truck reaches our dock in Sofia. We work to a written acceptance procedure so that what enters the warehouse is documented, counted and compliant before it ever reaches a shelf.
- Receiving the accompanying documents: packing list, goods certificates and CMR
- Photographing the truck and the pallets on arrival, before unloading
- Recount of the delivered quantities and a report sent to the owner of the goods
- Check of EU labeling compliance under Regulation (EU) 1169 for the goods that require it
- Rejection policy: goods that fail inspection are not taken into stock, and you are informed with photographic evidence
