Return policy

Returned shipments come back to the same warehouse that dispatched them. Each returned item is inspected, damage is recorded and photographed, and the result is reported to the owner of the goods.

Sellable stock is returned to inventory, normally within one working day. Items that cannot be resold — for example opened cosmetics or food supplements — are moved to a quarantine location, where you decide whether they are held or disposed of.
