How to reject a parcel  and ask for refund

According to the nature of our activity – we do not own the goods and do not make sales, sometimes consignees of the goods approach us,  requesting a refund. In our opinion, complaints against us may occasionally arise mainly due to poor functioning of feedback from sellers of goods. In any case, we are always happy to help customers return the goods and get their money back, which why, we accept returns and hand them over to the sellers.

In some cases, you can get your money back quickly and without any loss. When making such a decision, please write to us immediately at [email protected] with the subject of the letter as “Return”, stating the invoice number, your telephone number and the reason for return. Return Procedure:

  • Describe your claim in a free form, remembering to provide FULL INTERNATIONAL bank details for refund purposes.
  • Send the goods to us, to the attention of the Goods Return Department, through the postal service to the  following address: Bulgaria, 1220 Sofia, 10 Iliyansko shosse Str., Office 10 – for EURO-FF EOOD.

Refunds are usually made by sellers within 21 calendar days of the date we received the postal parcel.
