The confidentiality policy provided is an electronic document that governs our relations with the potential users of our services in the sphere of personal record storage.

Which type of details do we collect and store? Why do we do it?

When you visit our site, we will keep your details.

  • Services reviewed by you: we will keep this record to show any services that you had been interested in recently.
  • Location (with an additional request for browser permission), IP-address and browser type: we make use of this information to calculate taxes and delivery costs.
  • Delivery address: Be sure to specify such address to enable us to make a specific determination of value of parcel delivery, before you place an order and to be able to send the documents in confirmation of the services ordered.

We also use “cookies” in order to track any items you may add to your “shopping cart, while in our web site.

If you want to place an order with us, you will need to provide information, including your name, passport number, date of birth, billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and additional information about your account, such as your username and password.

We will use such details for the following purposes:

  • To send information for your bill and order;
  • To respond to your inquiries, inclusive of cash refund and/or claims;
  • Processing of payments and anti-fraud purposes;
  • Create your account registration at this site;
  • Comply with the legal provisions (such as – tax calculation);
  • Improve our services portfolio;
  • Send advertising messages (if you can accept to receive them).

If you register, we will keep records of your name, address, e-mail address and phone number for automatic filling of forms for future orders.

We usually keep records for as long as required for the purposes we collect and use such information. An exception would be all cases, where we shall be required to keep such records as required by the Law. Therefore, we will store ordering information without any time limitation. Media Files

If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you must avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can retrieve this information by downloading images from the site.

Contact Forms

When sending data through the contact forms to the websites which offer our services, we ask for a phone number, email address, name, surname, text message. We store the data obtained through the contact forms on our website without any time limitation.


If you leave a comment on our site, you can activate cookies to store your name, email address and website in cookies. This is done for your convenience so that you do not fill in the data again when you comment again. These cookies are stored for one year.

If you have a site registration and are logged in, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser supports cookies, the cookie does not contain any personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in to your account, we also set several cookies with login information and screen settings. Login cookies are stored for two days, cookies with on-screen settings – for one year. If you select the “Remember me” option, your login information will be saved for two weeks. When you sign out, your login cookies will be deleted.

When editing or publishing an article in the browser, the additional cookie will be saved, it does not contain any personal details and only  contains the identification number of the post you edited; it will expire  in a day.

Depending on your order, we may communicate information containing your phone number, address, first and last name, email, amount payable  to our partners who help us fulfill your orders and provide services for the sale of services. Some of these are Speedy Courier Company (, ECONT Courier Company (, DHL Courier Company ( and the postal company “Bulgarian Post Offices” ( Extended data, such as passport number, date of birth, can be obtained from us by licensed insurance companies whose policies we offer for purchase. Your data is stored using a server located physically in the Netherlands. Also, to ensure the operation of the service, the data is copied weekly on the servers of third-party host servers, as well as in the Google cloud storage ( Data transmission is performed using 2048 bit encryption.

How long do we keep your records?

If you leave a comment, the comment itself and its metadata will be kept indefinitely long. This is done in order to automatically detect and approve subsequent comments, instead of queuing these for approval.

For users who register on our site, we store the personal information they provide in their account indefinitely long. All users can view, edit or delete their own information in the account at any time (except for the username (logo). The site administration can also review and change this information.

Which type of automatic decisions are made based on user data

The system offers insurance policies for purchase, based on the age of the insured at the time of the starting date of the validity of the insurance policies, the duration of the policies and the choice of the insurance company. The system calculates the value of the policies, it calculates the delivery price based on the country in which the user is located and the choice of delivery method. The system does not make any decisions based on the data on citizenship, passport number, name and surname of the insured persons. The user has the right to cancel the order at any time before paying for it.

The members of our team have the right to access the information you deliver to us. This also applies to the administrators and the managers of the shops, who can access the following records:
